Warranty & Repairs
MesoAura provides a 12-month warranty for all full-priced items purchased directly through our official website. This warranty protects the original buyer against breakage or functional failure caused by material flaws or craftsmanship defects, under conditions of normal wear and intended use. The warranty will be immediately invalidated if the item is misused, intentionally damaged, or modified by any party other than MesoAura’s authorized artisans.
We will, at our sole discretion, either repair the defective MesoAura or replace it with an identical or equivalent design—this service is limited to one claim per item. Please note that FINAL SALE merchandise, including Sample Sale pieces and items explicitly labeled “FINAL SALE” in their product descriptions, is excluded from warranty coverage and not eligible for repair or replacement.
Important Notes:
- All shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements shall be borne by the customer. In-store repair service is also available.
- MesoAura reserves the right to revoke warranty coverage for any item that, in the judgment of our jewelry experts, displays evidence of unauthorized alterations, misuse, or damage exceeding normal wear and tear.
- We assume no liability for items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.
- To qualify for restringing services for bracelets or malas, all original beads (including attached charms) must be submitted.
- To begin the repair process, please contact our support team at info@mesoaura.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item.
