You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 20 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer service team at info@mesoaura.com
with the subject line:
“Return / Exchange / Cancellation – Order Number”

In your email, please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return, exchange, or cancellation

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping Fee

• Nordic countries: €15 return/exchange fee
• Other European countries: €30 return/exchange fee
• The return fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund

Please attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the nearest post office or return it directly to our store.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
• All original price tags and packaging must be included

Please note:

• You are responsible for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product
• Original packaging is essential for resale; damaged or missing packaging will be considered a loss in value
• Please ensure items are carefully and securely packaged when returned
  

You may try your product to assess fit and suitability. However, please handle with care—jewelry is delicate and prone to scratching, and we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items
• Custom-made jewelry
• Jewelry with gemstones over 1 carat
• Engraved or personalized items

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from MesoAura Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
