Our Products & Materials
All of our bracelets/necklace are made of natural crystals strung on durable high-elastic cord. Charms are crafted from 18K gold-plated brass and fitted with hypoallergenic lobster clasps. All other metal components are made of 18K gold-plated stainless steel.
Yes. Every crystal we use is natural and sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. We do not substitute dyed glass, resin replicas, or lab-grown alternatives unless the product listing explicitly states otherwise (for example, some color-enhanced agate slices).
Use a soft measuring tape (or a strip of paper and a ruler) to measure the circumference of your wrist, then add 0.5-1 cm for a comfortable fit. All of our bracelets are one-size, our standard size ranges from 15-16 cm. For more information, please visit our Size Guide.
We sell both! Browse our curated gift sets or handpick individual charms from bracelet and charms collections. All of our loose charms are compatible with our standard bracelets. You can mix and match crystals, metals, and symbols to create a bracelet that guides your unique intention.
We currently offer bead sizes ranging from 3.8mm to 6mm to suit different styles and wrist types:

All crystals can be cleansed and charged with sound (Tibetan singing bow). Many crystal practitioners prefer to personally set their own intentions in a new piece. Some popular cleansing methods include:
- Moonlight - place on a windowsill overnight during a full or new moon
- Sage or Palo Santo - pass through the smoke for 20-30 seconds
- Selenite plate - rest on a selenite charging plate for several hours
- Sound - place near a singing bowl or play healing frequencies
- Sunlight - brief 15-30 minutes in moming sun (avoid for color-sensitive crystals)

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your delivery address and applicable local, state, or national tax laws. The exact tax amount is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. International customers may also be subject to VAT, import duties, or customs fees,these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our listed prices.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days for items that are in stock. Please note that orders above $500 require a signature upon delivery. For any customs-related fees, we kindly recommend checking with your local postal service.
Delivery details are as follows:
Sweden: Free for orders above 1000 SEK | 59 SEK for orders under 1000 SEK
EU Countries: Free for orders above 1800 SEK | 150 SEK for orders under 1800 SEK
If you order from a country outside the EU, you may need to pay custom fees (VAT), check with you local post office to find out what the estimated cost would be.

Yes, we ship worldwide, with the exception of the Americas and Australia/New Zealand. Customers from these regions may purchase our creations on Amazon. International orders are sent via POSTNORD or DHL. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, and customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and navigating to 'My Orders'. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier scans to begin appearing.
First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors or your building's front desk, and confirm your shipping address was entered correctly. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed (5+ business days past the estimated arrival), contact us at info@mesoaura.com with your order number, we'll make sure to address the issue promtly.
We pack every order carefully with protective padding and jewelry pouches, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mesoaura.com with: your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the outer packaging.
Returns & Jewelry Care
We accept returns within 20 days of the delivery date for items that are unused,undamaged, and in their original packaging. For more information see:

Yes. 12-month warranty for full-priced items (normal use only). We provide one-time repair/replacement for defects. Unauthorized modifications/misuse will void the warranty. FINAL SALE items are excluded. See warranty policy for details.
With proper care, your bracelet can last for years and continue to look beautiful. Here are our top care recommendations:
- Remove before swimming, showering, washing dishes, or exercising, water and sweat can weaken the elastic and damage certain crystals
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, UV rays can fade color-sensitive stones like amethyst, rose quartz, and fluorite
- Keep away from household chemicals, cleaning products, perfumes, hairsprays, and body lotions
- Don't stretch the bracelet beyond its natural size, overstretching weakens the elastic cord
- Store in a soft jewelry pouch or box, separated from other pieces that could scratch it
- Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfiber cloth after wearing to remove oils and residue
For routine cleaning, wipe your bracelet gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. For a deeper clean:
- Use a slightly damp (not wet) soft cloth for the crystal beads
- For metal charms, use a dry or very lightly dampened polishing cloth
- Avoid submerging in water, ultrasonic cleaners, or steam cleaners
- Never use abrasive cloths, chemical jewelry cleaners, or bleach
After cleaning, allow the bracelet to air dry completely before storing or wearing.
