Our Products & Materials

All of our bracelets/necklace are made of natural crystals strung on durable high-elastic cord. Charms are crafted from 18K gold-plated brass and fitted with hypoallergenic lobster clasps. All other metal components are made of 18K gold-plated stainless steel.

Yes. Every crystal we use is natural and sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. We do not substitute dyed glass, resin replicas, or lab-grown alternatives unless the product listing explicitly states otherwise (for example, some color-enhanced agate slices).

All crystals can be cleansed and charged with sound (Tibetan singing bow). Many crystal practitioners prefer to personally set their own intentions in a new piece. Some popular cleansing methods include:

Delivery typically takes 3-10 business days for items that are in stock. Please note that orders above $500 require a signature upon delivery. For any customs-related fees, we kindly recommend checking with your local postal service.

Sweden: Free for orders above 1000 SEK | 59 SEK for orders under 1000 SEK

EU Countries: Free for orders above 1800 SEK | 150 SEK for orders under 1800 SEK

If you order from a country outside the EU, you may need to pay custom fees (VAT), check with you local post office to find out what the estimated cost would be.

Yes, we ship worldwide, with the exception of the Americas and Australia/New Zealand. Customers from these regions may purchase our creations on Amazon. International orders are sent via POSTNORD or DHL. Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier scans to begin appearing.

We pack every order carefully with protective padding and jewelry pouches, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. Returns & Jewelry Care

Yes. 12-month warranty for full-priced items (normal use only). We provide one-time repair/replacement for defects. Unauthorized modifications/misuse will void the warranty. FINAL SALE items are excluded. See warranty policy for details.

  • Don't stretch the bracelet beyond its natural size, overstretching weakens the elastic cord

  • Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfiber cloth after wearing to remove oils and residue

For routine cleaning, wipe your bracelet gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. For a deeper clean:

  • Use a slightly damp (not wet) soft cloth for the crystal beads
  • For metal charms, use a dry or very lightly dampened polishing cloth
  • Avoid submerging in water, ultrasonic cleaners, or steam cleaners
  • Never use abrasive cloths, chemical jewelry cleaners, or bleach

After cleaning, allow the bracelet to air dry completely before storing or wearing.
