Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Booking Guidelines
Cancellation Policy:
48 hours or more notice: You may cancel your booking for a full refund or reschedule to another available session.
24–48 hours notice:
You may cancel your booking for a 50% refund and reschedule to another available session.
Less than 24 hours notice:
No refund will be issued. Rescheduling is only possible in special cases.
Special Cases:
Special cases include serious illness, accident, or unavoidable emergencies. Documentation may be requested to verify the circumstances.
Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop.
The workshop end time will remain the same, even if you arrive late, to avoid affecting other participants.
